Our Background
Life Housing Japan is a real estate company, founded in 2017 by a Japanese businessman named Mr. Hayashi Daiki.
We started with one property development project and successfully expanded to two more projects to present. Our first and second projects started with land plots and housing development. Both projects located at potential area in Kamboul District near Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). And the third project is planning for our first Borey where located in the southern part of Phnom Penh and the area consists of new many real estate developments including the infrastructure of the Phnom Penh ring road.
Our strategy is to develop the real estate sector to make a better living and comfortable with acceptable price for people in Cambodia.
We specifically target middle-class Cambodians by delivering the quality of construction, well-designed, comfortable and eco-friendly environment to match up with the contemporary needs of the residents.
The entire development is set to provide well-connected routes to support the commercial uses by the residents and to provide comfortable accessibilities to downtown Phnom Penh and wider areas of the country.

Our Mission
- We are fascinated by the attractiveness and potential of Cambodia and want to be involved in the future development of the country, so we have entered Cambodia.
- Due to there are many areas in the suburbs still haven’t got the good living environment yet, we will contribute to develop through real estate business and create a town where people can live with peace of mind.
- We will also provide more jobs, expand our own possibilities, and develop human resources who will work together to create a future beyond our imagination.
